盆地模拟软件之PetroMod

德国IES公司是全球最著名的含油气系统模拟软件开发商,其含油气系统模拟软件PetroMod是当今同类产品中最先进的软件,其软件最主要的特点表现为以下五个方面:
1.该软件是目前唯一能够使多维(一维、二维、基于层面、多一维和三维)模拟在同一平台下操作,并使数据能够在多维模块中共享的含油气系统模拟软件系统。
2.IES软件能够始终处于同类产品领先水平的关键原因之一还在于,其拥有先进的油气运移模拟技术。该软件不仅为用户提供了经典的达西定律模拟器,现代的流线法模拟器,还创新地开发了兼有达西定律和流线法二者优点的组合模拟器。这算法不仅可保证油气运移的模拟精度,而且可很大程度地提高模拟的运算速度。

以下为PetroMod一维模拟的简单流程:
1. 建立项目所在目录;
2. 给定井位坐标;
3. 给定基本参数:包括地温、镜质体反射率及孔隙压力;
4. 给定各层位的沉积和剥蚀的厚度及年代;
5. 给定其它属性,如:岩性、油气系统事件、TOC、HI等;
6. 给定边界条件,主要为:古水深、古地热流值、古气温;
7. 模拟输出。

主要输出结果有:单井埋藏史图、热史、成熟度史、生排烃史等。

Overview

The PetroMod Software System
IES provides a complete range of advanced 1D/2D/3D technology - the PetroMod® software system - with technical specifications which are currently unique in the industry.
 
The PetroMod® software system consists of a number of modules with distinct features and functionalities. The fully integrated set of the PetroMod 1D, 2D, 3D and Special Technology system components can be downloaded from this website. To match our clients’ needs we have created a number of license packages, which enable the user to utilize different combinations of PetroMod®’s functionalities across the entire set of modules. PetroMod 1D
- PetroMod 1D Express, a freeware version of PetroMod 1D!

- PetroMod 1D, our complete 1D package which is fully integrated with our 2D and 3D system. It has many special tools as standard features including, for example, salt movement and thrust modeling.


PetroMod 2D
- PetroFlow 2D, our most widely used 2D package. It enables fully PVT-controlled n-component, 3-phase petroleum migration modeling to be simulated in 2D models. All special tools for igneous intrusion, salt modeling and others are included.

 


PetroMod 3D
- PetroCharge Express, a fast map analysis tool that enables single maps (or reservoirs) to be loaded and drainage areas and fast volumetric (charge) assessments to be performed.

- PetroCharge, our basic 3D migration modeling package that enables 3D data models to be processed with a multi-1D simulation of thermal and maturation histories, together with multi-source, multi-carrier petroleum migration modeling with an advanced Flowpath simulator for charge history studies.- PetroFlow 3D, our most widely used 3D package, enables fully PVT-controlled n-component, 3-phase petroleum migration modeling to be simulated in 3D models. All migration modeling methods (Flowpath, Darcy and Hybrid Darcy/Flowpath) and all special tools for igneous intrusion, salt modeling and others are included.


Special Technology

The following packages offer unique technical features and are available as add-ons to the PetroMod® modeling packages:- PetroMod 2D TecLink is an add-on to PetroFlow 2D that enables complex structural interpretations including compressional models to be imported and simulated with the PetroMod 2D packages.- PetroRisk is IES' unique risk management system which enables the effects of uncertainties in specific types of geologic input data on the results to be determined and statistically evaluated. IES' PetroRisk technology can be applied to all PetroMod 1D, 2D and 3D packages.
- The PhaseKinetics Wizard helps the user define the geochemical input data for the immature stage of the source rock (generation potential, source quality and kinetics based on source organic facies) and establish the properties of the petroleum generated in the oil window.
